The Alchemist is a meticulously formulated skin polish that decongests and revitalizes the complexion. An ingredient profile that consists of naturally exfoliating sugar, oxygenating French green clay, supremely nourishing oils of olive and Argan, soothing marshmallow root, rejuvenating eucalyptus and aromatically therapeutic essential oils of clary sage and cedarwood.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

SUGAR: a natural humectant and water-soluble exfoliant that dissolves as you go, preventing over exfoliation.

OLIVE OIL: known as “liquid gold” and “the great healer”. Rich in anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories, this supremely nourishing oil restores the skin’s barrier, protects against UV rays, and can even help repair damage caused by the sun and other environmental pollutants. Olive oil dissolves and lifts pre-existing oils and dirt built up on the skin, while simultaneously moisturizing the skin. When you rinse away the polish, this key ingredient ensures that your skin won’t be striped of moisture. Olive oil is a good source of plant-based squalene, a chemical compound that reduces trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) to restore skin suppleness and flexibility.

FRENCH GREEN CLAY:
French Green Clay detoxifies and oxygenates skin cells. It gets its verdant color from plant matter. Clays are meant to enliven the skin by helping pull unwanted buildup out of the pores.

MARSHMALLOW ROOT: ground from organically cultivated roots, althaea officinalis is an herbaceous perennial and member of the Malvaceae family. It forms a protective film that relieves inflammation and irritation.

TO USE:

Before each use, give product a good stir to evenly redistribute ingredients and ensure optimal performance of product. For face, apply about a quarter size amount to clean damp skin. Gently massage polish into skin using a circular motion. Rinse away with warm water. Use 1-2 times per week.
