A native Californian growing up in the Southern desert,

I was a backyard wild child. The desert taught me firsthand, the beauty, strength and wisdom of nature, especially the cyclical nature of life, death and rebirth that exists throughout. My great curiosity of the natural world and the joy found there, has remained.

as a young adult I felt increasingly drawn to explore and connect more deeply with my Sicilian heritage, what I found felt less like discovery and more like reflection of that which was already woven inside me. Today I am guided by a desire to carry on the naturally-efficacious and time-honored remedies of the Mediterranean culture.

And so, the birth of MEDUZZA.
